Innovative Care offers primary care, urgent care and therapy (behavioral health) services to our patients. Together, this covers 90% of most patient’s ongoing outpatient healthcare needs. Our team of providers came to Innovative from several area hospitals, including Northwestern, Illinois Masonic, Rush, University of Chicago, and Loyola. If you require care from a specialist, we will refer you to the best doctors in Chicago that can meet your medical needs and your scheduling timeline. All of our providers are affiliated with Illinois Masonic Medical Center, but we can send our patients to any hospital system in the city.

The entire experience was terrific. From check in to the thorough visit with Apeksha, the PA who saw me. I felt comfortable and that my concerns were addressed. She was knowledgeable regarding the issues I was presenting and I never felt rushed. After my initial visit, I scheduled a visit for my daughter with the same provider. My daughter is my highest priority, and I would only trust the best for her healthcare! Healthcare accessibility and scheduling can be frustrating, especially with a larger organization. My previous practice was such and it was very difficult to schedule routine visits. This practice has none of those obstacles and I was actually seen the same day I found them! Highly recommend this practice.
This was my first visit to this office as well as first primary care visit in several years. Dr. Medrano was extremely professional and efficient while also being very personable. You can tell that she really cares for all of her patients. Will definitely be back for my next annual physical!
