After total hip replacement and almost a year of feeling I would never be the same, I was put in touch with Laura. Within a couple of months the Trace team had me doing routine activities and on a path to being my old self. I was not sold at first to enroll, but as Laura explained the Trace approach and answered all my numerous questions I decided to give it a try.
