I am a longtime patient of Dr. Moritz. He is a brilliant, caring, thoughtful, funny human who sees his patients as full human beings and is not afraid to incorporate non traditional western medicine into his very science based practice. I always feel seen and heard. The office is beautiful and so well run. Tia’s app is easy to work with and I find it so much easier to book and change appointments, get prescriptions, ask questions so much more efficient but the office also is very helpful when I call so you are not just left with the app or a bot.
From the moment you arrive, concierge is welcoming and thorough w/ check in, the waiting area is calming and relaxing you before you meet with your Dr. The PAs/Medical professionals inquire with concerns and questions for the doctor so he/she are prepared before they arrive to the care room. Any and all issues are addressed and you leave knowing you always cared for and prepared for the path forward. Love Tia, women’s health is a dynamic journey and it’s important to be respected, acknowledged and prepared for all chapters of the female experience!
Tia Soho is great! I have been with them for a few months now and every time I am pleasantly surprised by the friendliness of the staff and the attention to patient care. The front desk staff is also thoughtful and resourceful. Today, I just came in for blood work, but ended up having other questions, and I was able to get a consult with a doctor pretty much immediately thanks to a cancellation and the front desk’s request to see if the provider could see me sooner rather than later. Shout out to Nancy in phlebotomy for making my blood draw easy, painless, and dare I say enjoyable with great banter and conversation! All in all a great place to get comprehensive healthcare!
