Amazing atmosphere and upscale decor! I’m a huge fan of tech and this place hits! I love the online experience and ease of use! I went to Tia last week to get acupuncture for my knee, which I’ve had consistent pain and mobility issues with since I broke my leg a few years ago. I’ve only done acupuncture a handful of times so I was kind of nervous about how much the needles would hurt, but Erica was so welcoming and had a really soothing presence! She took the time to answer all my questions and also asked about my general lifestyle and health concerns – so I ended up with a couple needles in acupressure points to help deal with stress/anxiety in addition to the ones in my knee. Not to mention that the acupuncture room and entire clinic feels warm and welcoming – the bed was heated, there was soft music playing, it really felt more like I was in a massage spa than a doctor’s office. Would 100% come back for the next time I need to get taken care of!
I absolutely love Tia! The clinic is beautifully organized, clean, and has such a welcoming atmosphere. My lab results are always processed quickly, and their online system is both reliable and easy to use. One of my favorite aspects is the continuity of care—I had the pleasure of seeing the same provider, Julianne, for my annual check-up this year as I did last year. Julianne is incredibly warm and friendly, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her and the entire clinic to anyone seeking top-notch care.
