I am always greeted with professionalism and a smile when I visit. Although everyone is great, I specifically have to rave about Crosby. She is warm, gentle, and extremely knowledgeable in the skincare department. She always knows exactly what to recommend and never suggests more than what she knows will enhance your beauty and keep you feeling/looking young. I would give 10 stars if I could.
After being with Crosby for 3 years now and following her to 3 different spas, I can gladly say that she is the best medical esthetician in SA & just a great person overall.
