I had a great experience at Sono Bello in Charlotte. Dr. Alter was amazing & nurses Melanie & Shannel were great. They answered all my questions & continue to let me know that I would be fine & do great because I let them know I was nervous. Dr. Alter called and checked on me the day after surgery. I recommend Sono Bella Charlotte for all your surgery needs.
Everything went smoothly from start to finish.. transportation was set up and was there early enough to get me to my 6:00 arrival time. Transportation out is also being set up by the company (it was not for free but it was worth paying for because I had to get it both ways I couldn’t get anybody to come and pick me up) so I have nothing to worry about. The preparations were done by the staff and everybody was kind and professional and the procedure went well as well I was falling asleep toward the end. I’m extremely happy and this was well worth the money I can’t wait to see how good I look in about 3 weeks when the swelling goes down. My clothes will start fitting me and my confidence will improve I’m very happy! 😊
I went to Sono Bello for lipo and abex. I can’t even begin to tell you how Awesome of an experience it was for me. From the consultation to the pre op to the actual day of my procedure. Dr. Hill and his staff at the Charlotte NC location really made me feel comfortable. There was no question unanswered. I’m just going to say that I highly recommend Dr. Hill, his nurse (Alyssa), his assistant and scrub tech (Bailey and Taryn). Very professional and Dr. Hill really knows what he’s doing. I can’t wait to see the finished results after healing up in 6 months. I will definitely go back when I need more work.
