From start to finish, I can highly recommend Sono Bello!! My initial consultation at the Montgomery office went very well! Kizlar was the consultation specialist and she was very encouraging and supportive. In the Birmingham office, Dr. Anderson did a bang up job of explaining everything to me prior to the procedure and even during! I could not have felt more comfortable in her hands! At my three month check up today, Kaitlyn, my nurse, and Maggie at the front desk were both lovely and very professional. I’m actually looking forward to my six month follow up so that I can see these beautiful ladies again!
Exceptional care! The staff at Sono Bello made me feel comfortable and well-cared for. Jacqueline at the summit location has Outstanding communication from the front desk to the doctor. She kept me informed every step of the way. Pre-op, Kelly Barnes, helped me begin my process and she is not only a skilled professional but also compassionate. My experience was so awesome! My nurse Tenisha was the Best! She help me with my struggles, she was very supportive and patient with me. She went above and beyond for me and made my experience even better than I could ever imagine. Tenisha was very patient with me and I can tell she is a very kind and professional loving person. I can’t leave out Dr. Anderson, she is very sweet and very knowledgeable about what I needed to do before I went through with my surgery so that it could be a success. I had an awesome experience with Nurse Tenisha and Dr. Andersen. I will definitely be recommending, from the first time I walked into the lobby, the receptionist both were very friendly and helpful to the consultation with Lani. I definitely think that if anyone is interested give Sono Bello a try.
