After a successful career as a Navy plastic surgeon, Dr. Gallus founded the La Jolla plastic surgery practice, Restore SD Plastic Surgery, with the intention of creating a welcoming space for anyone seeking cosmetic enhancement. Restore SD Plastic Surgery offers skin care, injectables, laser treatments, aesthetician services, and plastic and reconstructive surgery. Dedicated to serving others, she began her education with a Bachelor of Science from Duke University while on academic and ROTC scholarships. She pursued her dream of becoming a physician at the Uniformed Services University of the Health Sciences in Bethesda, Maryland, where she met and eventually married her husband. A Naval Academy graduate himself, the newly-married couple set out for a career in Navy Medicine after completing medical school.

One of the most amazing and professional experience I’ve ever had at a plastic surgery clinic. Dr. Gallus and her lovely staff were very welcoming and super supportive in my journey. I had no complications right after surgery even right after going under general anesthesia. Never felt sick and recovery was very easy and super quick. She uses both a holistic and conventional method and the experience was top notch from start to finish! The office is always clean and beautifully decorated and never have I experienced any issues with parking. I highly recommend Dr. Gallus and wish her and her team much success!
This is a review for Dr. Katherina Gallus and her lovely staff! I had the Aveli procedure with her about one month ago and the results were much better than i expected! I wasn’t sure what to expect from the procedure but she was laidback and friendly and quiet in an elegant way. Researched a few really good doctors and chose her over 5 other doctors i also liked. Recommending this procedure to friends and anyone who can benefit from it. It is worth the investment!
My experience with Restore Plastic Surgery, Dr. Gallus and her staff has been great! I had a breast explant and scar revision in December. My surgery went so well and my recovery has been a piece of cake. Dr. Gallus did such an incredible job! I honestly think I look better now with the implants removed and my lift and scars revised. I couldn’t be happier! I have also been receiving laser scar therapy with Isela RN. She is so sweet and pleasant to work with! My scars looks amazing! I am so happy. Also, Cinithia at the front desk is always so sweet and welcoming. Ava, the patient care coordinator, was also amazing! She explained everything and got my surgery scheduled within just a couple weeks of my first appointment. I would highly recommend Dr. Gallus and Restore Plastic Surgery!!! They are great!
