I came here because I had a stomach bug the day before and was feeling really run down—and I was scheduled to perform music on stage in front of a large crowd that night. The woman at the front desk couldn’t have been nicer. Even though they were fully booked and I was calling for a last minute appointment, she called the owner and told her how desperate I was. The owner took mercy on me and left her home on a Saturday afternoon and had to bring her kids to give me an IV drip. The staff were some of the kindest people I’ve ever met and the place is absolutely beautiful and top notch. I felt so much better after the IV drip. I cannot possibly recommend this place highly enough. I will never go anywhere else!

The entire staff was incredibly kind, professional, and provided a VIP level of care. Dr. Sylvia, in particular, stood out for her dedication. Even though she wasn’t there when I first arrived, she returned specifically to check on me once she learned about my condition. If I could award Michelin stars to a medical spa, Renu Med Lounge would undoubtedly receive them. The combination of the beautiful ambiance, top-notch professionalism, and the nurturing care from all the staff makes this place truly special. I highly recommend it and will definitely be returning as a regular customer.
