Dr. Ben Ogunwale is an outstanding doctor because he is experienced, incredibly intelligent, multicultural/multilingual, and listens to your concerns then provides clear explanations. Dr. Ogunwale is caring, kind, friendly and his staff in the office are united plus they are very helpful medical professionals. I highly recommend Dr. Ogunwale to be your gastroenterologist!
I really love this office. The staff is friendly and communication is great. It is easy to schedule an appointment with them and I’ve always been able to get an appointment within the same week that I call. I have seen both Dr. O and Ashley Jones. They always listened to me and considered my opinion. They took time to explain every concern and I have never felt rushed. My primary care doctor attempted to refer me to a different practice but I checked the reviews, which were deplorable by majority. So I came here because of my mother’s opinion and I am very glad I did. This is definitely not a corporate chain type office and it shows.
This is a very professional practice. I have great confidence in Dr.Ben Ogunwale is truly a caring physician who takes his time with his patients. He also makes time to entertain your concerns and questions. He has a treatment protocol and advises you about nutrition, weight loss and if necessary medications that address your health needs. I highly recommend this medical practice. The staff is welcoming and follows up. I also was very comfortable with the Physician Assistant who saw me when Dr. Ogunwale was not available but had a medical concern with a patient at the hospital. Even though the practice is quite a distance from me I will continue to use this medical practice because I have confidence in this doctor.
