The staff is kind and friendly and the wait time is minimal, especially for returning customers with a membership. They also offer to go shots when you are head out of town and I have never had a problem with my meds or the syringe.
The new Collierville location is more convenient for me but I will continue to go to Ridgeway because of the excellent customer service experience.
I started in July. I have lost 30lbs. It has not been hard at all. I have not exercised. Simply listen to my body and stop eating when I’m full. Don’t eat out of habit but adjust as my body tells me. I am very pleased with this program. I loved the professionalism of Nurse Practitioner Natalie and staff. Friendly, pleasant and professional. I recommend this program to anyone who wants to lose weight and be healthy.
Great experience and staff was polite and not rude at all. They have a policy where you need to show up an hour before they close to do an IV drip because it takes an hour or longer to get it done. Other than that my husband and I showed up an hour before they closed and got my b12 and D vitamin shots with no problems and they were very nice.
