All of the providers are warm, empathetic and very knowledgeable. I see Aaron Lesser, NP and feel very lucky to have him as my PCP.
Additionally, the front office staff (Jefferson Street) is INCREDIBLY helpful, kind, and professional. They respond quickly to calls/emails, and ALWAYS follow through with concerns/questions/requests. The clinic has a great working rhythm – kudos to all staff and management.
I have gone to Ortega Wellness for a few years and Erica is hands down the best provider. She listens, has a warm bedside manner and is willing to talk through everything. I can’t recommend her enough and am so glad she’s now at this office.
Erica is great, she helped me with everything I needed to get my health in order! You can tell she genuinely cares about others and wants to get everyone the care they need. The rest of the staff were great and everyone was kind!
