This place is wonderful. I absolutely adore Janella. She is so kind and patient. I had bloodwork done and I didn’t feel it at all. She’s amazing. The facility is well organized. Everyone is so helpful and kind. You are always made to feel at home and they are knowledgeable about what each individual needs to get everyone on the right track with their health. Go see all the staff at Options in Gahanna. They ROCK!
I can’t say enough about Options Weight Loss Clinic. From day one their program has been supportive, easy to follow and truly life changing Their personalized guidance made my weight loss journey achievable and sustainable. Janelle provides the injections and she is absolutely wonderful, always pain free and she is very attentive. I can’t say enough about Matt. He is personable, makes you feel comfortable and truly knowledgeable. He is invested in your weight loss just as much as you are. The front desk ladies are super nice and go out of their way to make you feel welcomed. If you are looking for a program that really works, I highly recommend this place. I go to the Gahanna office. You won’t regret it.
Janella is so amazing! She is super attentive and takes the time to get to know her patients. She always has a bright smile waiting for u with patience. I can never tell if she is done with injections bC I never feel pain as I have experienced with others which traumatized me. I love this lady she makes me feel comfortable when I’m at this facility
