Optimal Family Health is a practice in North Orlando serving the areas of Apopka, Altamonte Springs, Longwood, and Maitland. We provide care for patients ages 10 and older with the goal of not only improving functional health but optimizing the overall health and wellness of the family utilizing a combination of traditional and holistic approaches. Optimal Family Health offers memberships in primary care for the family (for ages 10 and older) and hormone replacement therapy services for men and women to address common symptoms of hormone deficiencies. We are also pleased to provide a-la-carte vitamin infusions and injectables for improving wellness and addressing acute symptoms such as migraine headaches or hangover symptoms.
