Wonderful experience at this urgent care. From being able to get in line & check the wait online, forms being texted before arrival, and no wait time once arriving, the front desk team took great care of me. Once I was taken back to the room, the tech & NP were so kind, efficient and communicative talking me through how they could support me. They even called me the next day to ensure I was recovering well. Will definitely be back. On staff was NP Michael, techs Anne & Krista.
Always love this urgent care. These professionals are always kind. Sky at the front desk was super sweet and helpful, nurse Lovey was very understanding and patient while doing my EKG, and the male provider/practitioner I saw answered all my questions and listened to and considered all my concerns. Everyone was super helpful and informative. Thank you guys for helping me get in and out lol.
I probably come here too often with 3 kids it’s inevitable. But they are the best! I hardly ever have to wait, check in and payment is easy. The front desk staff are always so sweet and friendly. Shep the NP is fantastic. We have seen Paula NP too and she was great. They always get us in and out quickly. They have X-ray available if you need it and all the rapid testing. I can’t say enough good things about this place! 10/10
