She experienced first-hand how challenging and expensive it can be to seek care for her injured son at a freestanding emergency room. Our story is for everyone. We use Next Level Urgent Care whenever we cannot get in to see our Primary Doctor or their office is already closed – the ease if scheduling the appointment on their website or app – along with the care of the staff has us returning to Next Level. Like any other Doctors office or medical visit – definitely make sure they are covered/In Network by your insurance company and find out the cost for a visit. As soon as we saw Next Level open their office location we called our medical insurance provider to ensure they were In Network for us to use and verified cost for us to use Next Level. We have gone multiple times for our children to be seen when their Pediatrician was unable to fit them in or when our kiddos have been sick over the weekend. The ease of getting in to be seen is a huge plus, again they accept our medical insurance and the care has always been great.
We received such amazing care at this urgent care. I took my elderly mom and they were so patient and compassionate with her. Marlene and Xiaowen were so friendly and helpful! We also loved the nurse practitioner Brooke Bynum who was so thorough and caring with my mom. Thank you all so much for all of your help! You all were so amazing and we appreciate you all so much!
This clinic is always very clean, very quick, and very professional. Their hours make it easy to be seen on weekdays and weekends and their staff are knowledgeable about nearby pharmacies’ hours. Their global visit policy (allowing you to go back within 48 hours related to the same illness from the first visit without an additional copay) is a game changer. 10/10 – will definitely go back again.
