Doctor Moreno and his staff were absolutely amazing! I usually go to Texas MedClinic at Dove Creek, but the last couple visits there were less than satisfactory, the PA’s make you feel rushed and like a burden, they do not do nearly as thorough of an exam and conversation with their patients as Next Level Urgent Care did, top notch medical care. They definitely do care about the entire wellbeing of their patients and make sure you feel comfortable about your assessment before even discharging you, I loved this clinic and will definitely be back again if need be for any medical needs in the future! From one healthcare professional to another, thank y’all so much for what y’all do and for truly caring for your patients health!
I went to urgent CARE on Potranco the best CARE I have had in ages. Amanda and Jessica are the great nurses I have ever had they made me feel very comfortable and took very good care of me as much pain as I was in they were great. I can’t say enough about Jessica and Amanda. Blanca Mueller the PA she was was very good she took her time unexplained everything how she can help me gave me the best care ever. The three of them know how to keep you happy comfortable and they know their jobs and they do them well, I can’t thank them enough. Well done ladies putting up with me Can’t be the easiest thing you’ve ever been through. You guys are great. Can’t say enough about you. Thank you for everything.
Very good service at the clinic. Needed a last minute appt. Got in within an hour. Didn’t even have to wait, went right in to see the provider. Received the treatment I needed and will go here first next time! The provider (Blanca M) and the Techs were awesome (Jessica B, Amanda and Cynthia). Happy they were there and this clinic is close to my home.
