We were in Austin on vacation and my daughter developed a bad sore throat. I googled nearby urgent care centers and chose this one because it was close and had good reviews. We were very happy with the care! Check-in was easy and all done online via my phone, which made it quick and streamlined. They got us back to a room within 15 min and a provider came in shortly thereafter. Everyone was very friendly and we were in and out in less than an hour, which is lightening fast for an urgent care! Would recommend!
I came here recently because I was feeling lightheaded and having irregular heartbeats. The nurse here took my vitals and the doctor recommended I go to a hospital. I just want to say thank you to the doctor who recommended I go to the hospital because i ended up being diagnosed with some serious conditions they would not have found at this urgent care.
This team is the absolute best in town for urgent care. Caring, thoughtful staff. Patient and kind. Nancy and Josh really took great care and eased my anxiety despite being in a lot of pain. I always prefer a NP over a doctors care. And Shajjia is a shining example of why! She made me feel so seen and heard, and understood I needed things written out and explained to me so I can do all the steps in my care plan.
