We had an emergency with my daughter, and it was less than an hour until closing. We were able to complete the online check-in very quickly, even as first-time patients, got in a room as soon as we walked in the door, and were absolutely blown away by the staff and their level of care and service. Jesse, Julia, and PA Tara D were awesome, and gave us quick and effective care. Will definitely visit again next time we need urgent care!
These guys are the best. I’ve been to the Encino Park location a couple of times and each time, I’ve been impressed. My last visit was for a suspected knee injury. As I was struggling to get out of my truck, I looked up and here comes Jesse with a wheelchair to help me into the building. Once inside, Julia got me checked in quickly and in just a couple of minutes, I was getting X-Rays. About 5 minutes later the NP Angela was confirming my condition, supplying a brace and providing clear and easy to understand instructions for my recovery. TLDR – Great Place & Great People
I visited our beautiful Next Level Urgent Care yesterday for a medical matter and from the moment I entered until I was discharged, the staff of Jesse, Denise and Charlie were so nice and patient and the medical expertise of Victoria Merced NP was beyond what I was expecting. It was apparent that Next Level chooses the best providers and thankfully a female provider was on duty. Thanks everyone!
