Phenomenal Service! Every experience from hormone therapy, overall health wellness to aesthetics I have had nothing but patience (David) with me! The staff and physicians are all very inviting and eager to assist you. Crystal is always a cheerful face and very knowledgeable on the latest overall health wellness and excited to share the news! I have been with Cynthia and her business since before she relocated to the vineyard. (A super long time!!) I know live in Boerne and Laredo however, this kind of valuable service is worth the drive. ❤️
I had a fantastic experience at New Era yesterday 3/3/25. They were friendly over the phone and in person. The facility is extremely nice. They have set a great standard for wellness clinics. Wait times for the service was short which I really appreciate. I went in for a blood dump due to TRT and this is the only place I have found that did not try to force me into a monthly membership. I will be back for the same service, as well as many others. They can really help optimize your health.
I’ve been seeing Cynthia for about 5 years now and I completely trust her with my aesthetic needs. She is up front about what is and isn’t necessary and makes sure that your individual needs are met. She’s constantly learning and willing to share her knowledge. She’s very patient and makes you feel at ease! Her staff is also great, especially Crystal! She takes the time to make sure you are happy. Highly recommend.
