I recently had the pleasure of experiencing a CO2 laser treatment FOR MY FIRST TIME EVER and I can’t thank the Geraldine, who performed it enough. She was incredibly kind, attentive, and made me feel completely at ease, which is no small feat for something like a laser procedure. Her gentle approach, both in demeanor and technique, made the entire experience relaxing. She took the time to explain each step of the treatment, ensuring I was fully informed and comfortable. The warmth of her presence was like a calm, reassuring blanket that helped me not only trust her expertise but also enjoy the process. I recently had a fantastic experience at this med spa! The facility is impeccably clean and well-maintained, which immediately put me at ease. The nurses who have performed my micro-needling sessions were not only highly skilled and knowledgeable but also friendly. They took the time to thoroughly explain the procedure to me and answer all of my questions, which made me feel comfortable throughout the entire process. What I loved most about my experience was the incredible results I saw after just a few sessions. My skin looked smoother, brighter, and more youthful than ever before. I was thrilled with the outcome! Plus, I appreciated the convenient parking across the street and the validation provided. I had about 4 treatments in 2021/2022 and even though I have not had any additional sessions anywhere, the hair I had treated (under arms and bikini line front and back) still grow back so much slower and thinner than the hair I did not treat. The registered nurse who did the laser treatments was friendly, patient, and very gentle. One time I felt particularly sensitive after treatment and she iced my sensitive areas for as long as I needed. I would recommend this place to anyone who lives on the west side.
