I’ve been here a few times, and each time has been great. The staff is very respectful, helpful, and delivers service with a smile, especially Rosalba. You can tell the staff here care about the people they are servicing. They care about the person as a whole and ask how you’re doing. You don’t walk away feeling like a number.
My favorite urgent care in the Chicago area. The staff is super friendly and the doctors are so understanding with putting your health first and offering sick notes for work! I’ve never felt judged by any of the staff, only sympathy and kindness. Highly recommend!!!
Omg Ms. Rosie was the sweetest medical assistant ever! She was quick and thorough and made me feel so comfortable especially dealing with personal woman things!! The doctors are all so nice. Shout out to Maria and Dr. Ayala for always being on top of my medical issues!! And Dr. Lynette! Always an easy fun atmosphere. They really do their thang!
