I made a decision to come here 4 years ago and I do not regret it. I absolutely love this place. My care team is absolutely phenomenal. Nicole Parrau is truly a champion four her patients. Leslie Duncan is highly responsive and thorough. Dr. David Kim it’s highly knowledgeable and willing to listen. bDr. Anita Pasumarthy is truly an expert and knows how to calm my feisty, butt down. Resident Shetty has a calm and tranquil spirit, while also serving as an expert in patient care.
I had a family member that was admitted a couple weeks ago and we had a PCT kattia her customer service was top-tier. She was very attentive. Kattia took very good care of my loved one. Kattia also kept me updated on what was going as far as my loved ones care. This was the best experience I had at Mercy l Hospital. I Pray and hope Ms. Christian-Jules receives great feedback or some kind of incentive. Her customer service is amazing she treats all her patient’s as if they were her loves one.
