I started going to Medical Weight Loss in January of 2018. I woke up and decided I needed to be healthier for myself and my family. My results are beyond my expectations. I’ve lost 40 pounds and I’m still losing!!!! The best part the program allows you to EAT!!! The program has taught me to be mindful of my choices and the staff is beyond supportive. Kim has been my rock through this process. She is patient, knowledgeable, and kind. She is the catalyst in my process. I would recommend this program to any gender,any amount of weight needed to lose, any age; it doesn’t matter. If you are ready to invest in your health this is the place!
I am so glad that I joined the program. Kim is great. She is helpful and understandable. I’ve been on the program for 2 months and I have lost more than 20 lbs. For the last couple of years losing weight and keeping it off has been a battle for me. I’ve tried other programs and I didn’t see the results that I wanted. After a few weeks of being on the program here at Medical Weight Loss I have seen results and others are seeing my hard work as well. What I love about this program is I am seeing results all over and not just in one area. Overall I feel great about the decision I’ve made for my health. I’ve really enjoyed this program. Rick and Diane at the Hamilton Mill office are friendly and helpful throughout. Diane has been steady in her coaching and offers tough love when needed as well. 2020/Covid did a number on my metabolism and overall health and nothing was working that I tried myself. I was stuck. I’ve now almost reached my goal but more importantly, I’ve figured out how to identify what causes the weight gain and how to reverse it. I’m about to go into my maintenance phase and am psyched to learn more.
