Welcome to your modern neighborhood medical practice. What started as one single urgent care has grown to become a full medical group serving the Northside of Chicago. Innovative Care offers primary care, urgent care and therapy (behavioral health) services to our patients. Together, this covers 90% of most patient’s ongoing outpatient healthcare needs. Our team of providers came to Innovative from several area hospitals, including Northwestern, Illinois Masonic, Rush, University of Chicago, and Loyola. If you require care from a specialist, we will refer you to the best doctors in Chicago that can meet your medical needs and your scheduling timeline. All of our providers are affiliated with Illinois Masonic Medical Center, but we can send our patients to any hospital system in the city.

Dr. Broderick is top notch, thorough and even though he is incredibly busy, he makes his patients feel like they are his only patient. I don’t know how he does it, but I feel blessed to have a doctor who cares so much not just about me, as well as my ENTIRE FAMILY!! We all just couldn’t be happier with the support, the wisdom and the guidance from this excellent physician. You lose him, you’ll lose the practice. Just saying.
Dr. Margarita takes fantastic care of me with every visit. She provides personalized care and careful attention to detail to make me feel like a valued patient. It’s clear she is passionate about providing her expertise and I’m grateful to have her as a doctor.
Dr. Broderick and the staff here are all great. I’ve only ever had one issue with them and when management found out what happened, a sample was just lost, they did what they could to make it right. Broderick is also really attentive and not dismissive with any concerns. I’m not always the best patient admittedly because i have had a lot of terrible experience with doctors in my past, like a lot of overweight women have dealt with but they never give me a hard time. Also Broderick’s way of suggesting treatments never triggers my knee jerk reaction of not liking being told what to do.
