8/25 Just weighed in at 225. Started this journey at 256. The ladies at Lindora Woodland Hills rock! This program works!!!!
Wonderful people and program – especially the Woodland Hills location. They helped me to stay on track with new and creative ideas and products. I love the Sotari to curb my appetite, the Crepes are ridiculous, the Fiberlin is great, and the protein drinks (ready to go and the berry smoothie) are so effective for snacks or when I want something sweet. There’s also low-carb bread from Sprouts which is 2 carbs per slice and delicious, frozen egg-white patties at sprouts also, plus fish and meat. I don’t understand people who feel they are starving. They clearly are unwilling to change their ways and stop shoveling whatever they want into their faces. I didn’t get overweight overnight, so I knew seeing results wasn’t going to be painless or land-in-my-lap. I have made my first goal, and am striving steadily toward my final goal weight…only 4 lbs away. Being honest with myself, I found that every time I began to gain weight back, it was because I was cheating. Doing the 5 day/week plan worked well for me because knowing I was going to be weighed in the morning helped keep me on point. At first I thought there is no way I can do this 5 days per week with my crazy schedule…but I had to make a commitment and tell myself it was just for 10 weeks, and that I had to get up earlier in the morning to make my daily visit. Feels good to put myself first. Bottom line is, it works if YOU work it….no one is going to work it harder than you for you, so DO IT!
