I am new to the area and saw Dr. Fazlinejad for the first time. He was very friendly, patient, attentive, and detailed in taking my history and going over everything with me. He took the time to listen to all of my complaints and did not try to rush the visit. He was also very helpful in providing me with referrals, and the providers he referred me to reached out to me the same day as my visit. His staff was also very friendly and professional, and I appreciate actually being able to get through to someone when I call without having to go through a million voice prompts or being placed on hold for an extended period of time. I also appreciated that the visit started promptly and I did not have to wait in the lobby for an extended period.
