Lakeside Endocrine Associates specializes in the treatment of diabetes, endocrine, metabolic and nutritional diseases. Neime O. Sanchez-Givens, a Registered Nurse (RN), and Luke B. Givens assumed operations of the practice in November of 2016. Dr. Frank Kohler practices at the location and serves as the Medical Director. The office is located in a professional business park at 1667 North Clyde Morris Boulevard in Daytona Beach, near LPGA Boulevard and adjacent to the Twin Lakes Medical Center. Currently, there is one endocrinologist and three nurse practitioners on staff to see patients Monday through Thursday. We now have extended hours from 7:40 AM to 6:00 PM on those days.

I am a retired consultant that worked in the health care industry. I have to say that in my travels around the US to many hospitals and physicians offices this one was the most friendly and efficient office I have encountered. From Sherry who scheduled me to Ashley who saw me and the individual who checked me in and out all were fantastic. I have never had such a pleasant encounter and I know that I am in good hands as we walk through resolving my current health issue.
Really impressed. Was seen today by Demian Kelly FNP and he really took the time to listen and understand my experience and make a plan of action for me. He reviewed everything and very quickly got me started on medication and answered my questions. Very recently diagnosed with what seems to be Graves Disease and hyperthyroidism and I’ve struggled for the past couple of years trying to figure out what is wrong with me. Was referred to this office following my thyroid labs and ultrasound and I’m happy that I was. Not only was the care I received great but they literally got me an appointment the next day after being referred to them whereas other offices quoted me appointments in December. 😳 The office was clean, Kylie (I believe that’s her name) the front desk receptionist was super friendly and helpful and I am grateful to have found a good specialist to start my thyroid care journey! Going back in July for my biopsy.
When I say this office saved my life I am not joking! Ashley Peace and her ream are amazing. Nothing would help my diabetes no medicine nothing all the other andro I have seen in the past never gave a care until I found this place and I’m beyond happy I did! They all care about their patients we aren’t just a number to them they actually listen to you and hear how you feel, I never feel rushed or unwanted in the office I feel lived and cared for. Thanks to all of you for saving my life in so many ways.
