Fort Worth Female Plastic Surgeon, Dr. Emily J. Kirby Dr. Emily Kirby is a Board Certified Plastic Surgeon. She was the first female Chief of Plastic Surgery at Texas Health Resources Harris Methodist hospital, the largest hospital in Fort Worth. She earned her board certification from the American Board of Plastic Surgery, one of the 24 medical specialty boards recognized by the American Board of Medical Specialties. After graduating as a valedictorian from high school, Dr. Kirby obtained her bachelor’s degree with honors from Vanderbilt University in Nashville, Tennessee. Dr. Kirby was accepted early to Texas A&M University College of Medicine, where she earned her medical degree (MD). While attending Texas A&M, Dr. Kirby received several awards for research, scholarship, and peer appreciation.

Dr. Kirby and her staff are amazing! Not only did she do an amazing job, they go above and beyond to make you feel comfortable and taken care of.
