I booked an appointment for cool sculpting here on a Saturday (very nice of the staff to take time out of their busy schedule on a weekend) to treat my inner and outer thighs and I must say, I had an amazing experience from start to finish! The staff is so friendly and professional (Araksya is the best!), the treatment was literary painless and I was able to walk out of the office without any pain. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone who has been thinking about doing cool sculpting.
Araksay aka Roxy is amazing!! Her expertise and knowledge really made me feel extremely comfortable. She was able to assess my procedure and gave me a thorough breakdown of what I needed. I was referred by a great friend that had a CoolSculpting procedure done. The place is clean the staff is friendly. You even got a choice of hot tea, coffee or water when you walk in it. They pay close attention to detail and that’s definitely a plus and perk in my book. I highly highly recommend this place for any cosmetic/non-invasive med spa. They have the latest technology.
I’ve gotten a hydrafacial and a Venus Freeze once. Each time was with a different technician (my decision due to my own scheduling conflicts). Each technician is so friendly and professional. My skin has gotten so much better! I have naturally even complexion, but struggled with Whiteheads and dryness around my nose. I was advised to consider coolsculpting to remove excess fat I wasn’t happy with, and I could not be happier. Everyone of them is so knowledgeable, I feel very comfortable with this place.
