It’s been six months since I had my breast reduction with Dr. Downey at Heights Plastic Surgery! I’m seriously so happy with how everything turned out. My self-confidence is so much better and I can finally wear the clothes I’ve always wanted to wear without feeling self-conscious. Not to mention, my back and neck pain from standing too long or exercising is also very limited now. After scouring the internet for Houston plastic surgeons and booking consultations, as soon as I found Dr. Downey, I knew I was in good hands. Her specialization in breast surgery made me feel super comfortable knowing I’d be working with a woman who really gets it. During my consultation, there was mention and incentive to book right away, but also didn’t make me feel pressured, which I really appreciated. The staff was so patient and understanding about this big decision. After checking out some other doctors, I kept thinking back to Dr. Downey. I asked if I could see more before-and-after photos of her previous patients to really solidify my decision. They were so helpful in showing me results that weren’t posted online. The amazing transformations are what convinced me to book my surgery right then and there and that I had found the right place, because they all looked amazing! Honestly, I was a little skeptical about having the surgery in-house instead of at a hospital, especially since this was my first surgery ever. But the team was so nice and reassuring. I felt comfortable the whole day of the surgery. I never felt worried! I can’t thank Dr. Downey and the Heights Plastic Surgery team enough.
