The staff at Genesis are exceptional! Bailee and Emily are extremely professional, knowledgeable and take the time to listen to your potential goals. The staff takes the time to clearly explain their services, they go out of their way to make you feel comfortable, and always follow up with an email and a text to thank you for your visit. I also appreciate their willingness to work with your schedule.
Everyone is super friendly and accommodating. I had to switch one appointment the day before and they were super gracious about it. They are all so friendly when I go in and not pretentious or awkward. The location is convenient and parking is good for the location. They work around my schedule and really listen to my goals without any unnecessary pressure. I really like being able to text them non-urgent questions rather than call. So far excellent experience all around.
