If I could give more than 5 stars, I absolutely would! From the moment we walked in, we were treated with such kindness and professionalism!! The front desk staff were warm, efficient, and welcoming, setting the tone for the entire visit. The office itself is spotless, beautifully decorated, and radiates a calm, peaceful energy. Dr. Bartkus was incredible—thoughtful, attentive, and truly collaborative. Rather than just prescribing a plan, she took the time to understand our needs and worked with us to build a care approach that felt right. Every staff member we encountered was not only knowledgeable and welcoming but also eager to explain and educate! This was hands down one of the best healthcare experiences we’ve ever had!!! Highly recommend this office to anyone looking for compassionate and comprehensive care!
I will forever recommend this office to anyone who is pregnant especially for the first time and has that anxiety finding a good OBGYN, I have no complaints at all. This is the most 10/5 stars a obgyn could ever get. Everytime I go, Check in is perfectly smooth, staff greet you at the front, you wait to get called back and everyone continues to make your experience AMAZING, I don’t know the ultrasound tech’s name but she’s blonde with glasses and she’s the sweetest, she will laugh with you and talk to you and reassure you, and of course the one who makes the whole practice what it truly is, Cynthia English, she is so helpful AND SO KNOWLEDGEABLE, she knows everything off the top of her head and understands how you’re feeling. coming from a girl who is now 28 weeks pregnant with my first baby, I went through having a not so great experience in my first month at another OB, and Cynthia’s office stepped up to make me excited to go to every appointment. I am so sad, me and my husband have to move and I have to transfer to another OB so i’m back where I was with the anxiety of having bad care. Just trust me when I say, this office is the way to go, you will not ever regret it.
First off, I want to say that the staff and doctors here are absolutely amazing! From my first visit Doctor English has be so great! I feel really cared for! I had to have an ultrasound done and the tech Marissa was so sweet! She really made me feel comfortable and was very personable! I’m happy to have found such wonderful care!
