Welcome to Folawns Medical Spa and Salon, a sanctuary of beauty and wellness that has been serving the community since 1994. Our journey began with an ambitious vision by Terry Folawn, who opened a modest 1,800 sq. ft. salon with just five chairs on Blanco Rd. From these humble beginnings, Terry’s passion for excellence and innovation laid the foundation for what would become a thriving hub of creativity and care. By 1998, Folawns Hair Co. had evolved into The Day Spa @ Folawns, expanding into a 2,500 sq. ft. AVEDA lifestyle salon and spa. This period of growth was marked by the addition of talented individuals who shared Terry’s commitment to quality and service. The year 2006 saw a significant milestone with Ken Folawn, Terry’s husband, joining as an active partner. Together, they propelled Folawns into becoming one of the most successful salons and spas in the country.

I absolutely adore Folawns!! I randomly found this place and my favorite hair stylist 3 years ago on a whim. Now, I travel over 2.5 hours to come to Folawns. Their ladies are the absolute sweetest, their customer service is wonderful, and they always go above and beyond to make you feel welcome. I convinced my mom to go here and she travels over an hour to go here as well. When a company and their team is this fantastic you’ll travel far and wide to be a part of their business. I have been to many places but here at Folawns I found a stylist that listens to my wants and desires for my hair rather than doing their own thing.
I recently got a haircut and style by Kat Hernandez and had a great experience! She was very professional and made me feel comfortable throughout the service. The overall atmosphere of the salon was very welcoming – I highly recommend getting your services done here!
I’m obsessed with Folawns! I’ve been a client for years, but I don’t even feel like just a client; it feels like I’m receiving the best treatments from close friends. It will always be my go-to place for all my self-care needs. I recently double-booked an appointment and forgot to cancel the first one. When I didn’t show up, I received a wellness check call from the girls at the front desk to make sure I was okay. They truly care and have the best customer service ever. My esthetician is Alaina, and my hair stylist is Vee. They are both absolutely 10/10!
