I love this spa for my treatments. I’ve always had a relaxing and pleasant experience here. From the moment you walk in you are greeted with a warm welcome and offered tea or water while you wait. The facility is super clean and sanitary. The tranquil ambiance sets the tone for a rejuvenating pampering experience. I’ve been coming to this place for several years now and have seen a couple different technicians. I’ve been seeing Adrienne exclusively for my skincare and waxing for a couple years now and I would highly recommend her!
Wonderful experience! I am visiting SFO for the first time, but my neck/shoulder pain has been bothering me for days. I decided to get a massage and find some relief. I happen to see this spa, which is a walking distance to my hotel. Luckily I was assigned to Jocelyn today, because not only did I find relief, but the pain and feeling of numbness were gone! I highly recommend Jocelyn!!! She listens to your concerns, properly addresses them, and genuinely wants to make you feel better and leave the spa satisfied. She really did a great job!!! I also like the place – it had a calming vibe, had a comfortable waiting area, and the staff was nice, too!
I’ve been coming here for years. The facilities are clean and really nicely done. The staff is always friendly and skilled. Felicia is the absolute best esthetician I’ve ever had, I’ve had many facials, waxes, etc. with her. Pretty much everyone on the nails team is good, and they do gels well. 10/10 would recommend.
