At CLEAR Immediate Care, we offer a fresh approach to treating patients. Our goal is to assess patients from a whole-health perspective, considering both mental and physical health equally important. Our founders are a husband and wife team, Dr. Manan Trivedi and Dr. Rinku Shah, who embrace the focus on whole health for our patients. We offer primary care and urgent care at our clinic in Chicago, IL. Many doctors and medical clinics are symptom-focused, treating specific illnesses or symptoms instead of the whole patient. At CLEAR Immediate Care, we understand that physical and mental issues can be interlinked, impacting a patient’s overall health and wellness. Our doctors and medical staff take the time to listen to patients and evaluate their state of whole health. By treating the entire person, we are able to improve overall wellness and quality of life for many of our patients.

Booking an appointment via Zocdoc was fairly easy. Did it the same morning and was able to see Dr. Nicole Woodward in less than 2 hrs. Her office accommodated my schedule as I work far from the city and was unable to see her in person so we did a video visit. The quality of service was excellent. Her office called to confirm the appointment and go over a few details. Dr. Woodward also called me herself to check in. During the video call she listened, asked questions and I felt like she genuinely cared about me as a patient. I wish she wasn’t so far away. I would definitely stay with her as a patient. Highly recommend.
