Dr. Ortega did an incredible job. He was extremely pleasant and professional throughout the process. He walked me through the initial consultation with great patience, care, and concern for my individual needs. He explained the appropriate procedures and tailored a plan to address my specific needs (contouring, problem areas, etc.). On the day of my procedure, although I was a bit nervous, the staff greeted me warmly and Dr. Ortega gave me the reassurance that I would be well after the procedure which greatly relieved me. The procedure went well. Afterwards, we were given a postoperative care regime that helped minimize downtime and allowed me to bounce back quicker than I thought. I am very pleased with the results. I did my procedure on Tuesday the 20th, and I can see the great results already, I know for This point toward things will ge better. Doctor Ortega exceeded my expectations.
