I recently had my lip filler dissolved by Katelyn, and I couldn’t be more grateful for the experience. From the moment I walked in, she made me feel completely comfortable and at ease. Dissolving filler can be a bit nerve-wracking, but Katelyn was incredibly professional, kind, and informative throughout the entire process. She explained everything clearly, answered all my questions, and made sure I was comfortable every step of the way. Her technique was gentle, and the results were exactly what I hoped for. Nurse Injector Kim gave me my third micro needling with RF treatment (focusing on the eye area) last week. Even though the procedure is uncomfortable, I thoroughly enjoy my visits to Austin Plastic Surgeon. The staff is very friendly but also professional. I am seen promptly. Kim described the process and aftercare accurately. She checks in regularly throughout the procedure, monitoring pain level. I appreciate the small stash of repair cream. Very soothing. I am 65, so my results are slow and subtle, but I trust the process. I also appreciate that I have never felt any pressure to purchase additional services or product. All in all, this place and these folks really meet my needs.
Nurse Kim is phenomenal! She has helped me with my post op recovery questions along with doing some Botox and Kybella injections. I also recently did a DreamPlan and my skin feels good! I am seeing great results and couldn’t be happier. The San Antonio office is my favorite as everyone is so inviting and welcoming. Also DR.A does the best work ever!
