I have 5 stars because the nurses are very friendly. They work to get you in and out. The facility is clean and organized. The only problem I have is I don’t care for the nurse partitioner J. Shaffer. As long as I’ve being going there she has a nasty disposition. At my last visit I left without any treatment because of her rudeness. I get the vibe it’s a job she don’t like.
I’ve been going for years, always AMAZING, top notch service. I’m surprised to say I’ve never had a bad experience, sadly, I’ve come to expect at least one bad experience in the same establishment of years, so surprised and happy to say, I was wrong, nothing but good professional experiences here! I highly recommend and recommend they train other businesses in excellent customer service.
I would like to express my opinion about the service that’s being rendered by one of my special ladies at a better weigh her name is Ryan. Ryan always provides good professional and educational service each time I come to this facility. I also must mention that her game is tight when it comes down to giving shots. Great Job!
