During consultations Dr Fan takes his time with his patients to make sure that they feel comfortable and listened to. He also takes this time to walk through all the different possible procedures and what the best options for you are, so that you can make informed decisions and build a customized plan. He also makes sure to always answer any questions you have with thoughtful answers. They also do a very good job communicating and always respond via phone/text as soon as possible.
