Lady, the manager was lovely. And Francesca, the PA/NP (sorry cant remember which) was fantastic. Took her time, explained everything, marked me up explained why, where I was having issues. Very knowledgeable. I cant say enough great things about the exemplary team here. THANK YOU for fixing what Aventura screwed up, you both are a lifesaver.
Went to get a facial with Andrea and it was beyond my expectations. My skin looked amazing after we were done, she took really great care of my sensitive skin and let me know everything that was being put on my face.
