Dr. Nicolette Eberline, DNP-FNP, is the visionary founder and Medical Director of Wellness & Hormones Avenue, also known as Aesthetics by Nicolette. With over 18 years of experience across both civilian and military healthcare settings, Nicolette brings a unique perspective and unparalleled expertise to her practice in Las Vegas and Summerlin, Nevada. Her military background adds a distinctive element that resonates with many patients, especially given Las Vegas’s proximity to the Nellis Air Force base. She is dedicated to helping you take control of your health journey. From her beginnings as a caregiver to her family and pets, to certified nurse assistant to earning her Doctor of Nursing Practice degree, Nicolette has always been passionate about providing empathetic, high-quality care that makes patients feel heard and supported. Having worked in both civilian and military healthcare settings, she brings a wealth of diverse experience to each patient interaction.

Dr. Shilpa Thaker, M.D., is an Internal Medicine Physician. She has a private outpatient clinic Aum Internal Medicine, where she has been treating patients since 2011. Dr. Thaker received her undergraduate and masters degrees from UNLV, after which she attended University of Nevada School of Medicine in 2004, followed with Internship and Residency in 2008.

I believe in a holistic approach to patient care having been influenced by my cultural background growing up in India where I learned about Ayurvedic medicine in school and home with mom. My grandfather Hariprasad Bhatt, was an Ayurvedic physician, an educator and published author who wrote multiple books on healthy and preventative lifestyles.

My journey to becoming a doctor was unusual as I started out as a Computer Programmer in college. But my calling and passion to help people led me to Medicine.

My aim (Aum Internal Medicine) has always been to educate and empower my patients to improve their quality of life by helping them achieve their wellness goals with an individualized plan of care.
