Leah is currently licensed as an Autonomous Nurse Practitioner and works independently providing primary care, Botox, dermal fillers and many other services to our community. As a practitioner, Leah strives to care for each patient like they are family. She finds great joy in making individuals feel confident and beautiful.
Prior to opening Total Anti-Aging and Wellness, Leah was a registered Nurse in a hospital setting for over 18 years.
Leah has worked in numerous departments during her time in the hospital including the fast pace and high stress Emergency Room (ER) and Cardio Vascular Intensive Care Units (CVICU). Her time in those settings have allowed her to build and refine her extensive nursing skills at numerous levels of patient care.
Before entering the medical field, Leah proudly served her country in the United States Marine Corps for 4 years.
Leah firmly believes in striving to make people’s quality of life as good as it can be for each individual client.
Lakeside Endocrine Associates specializes in the treatment of diabetes, endocrine, metabolic and nutritional diseases.
Neime O. Sanchez-Givens, a Registered Nurse (RN), and Luke B. Givens assumed operations of the practice in November of 2016. Dr. Frank Kohler practices at the location and serves as the Medical Director.
The office is located in a professional business park at 1667 North Clyde Morris Boulevard in Daytona Beach, near LPGA Boulevard and adjacent to the Twin Lakes Medical Center. Currently, there is one endocrinologist and three nurse practitioners on staff to see patients Monday through Thursday. We now have extended hours from 7:40 AM to 6:00 PM on those days.

With over 20 years of experience, Dr. Jepma uses his board certification in Family Practice and Osteopathic Medicine to treat the whole family. As a primary care doctor in Daytona Beach, Dr. Jepma created Anora Integrative Health and Aesthetics to help patients improve every aspect of their well-being.
