Janusz Mejer, MD Board-Certified in Family & Functional Medicine and Obesity Medicine. Dr. Janusz Mejer completed his medical training at the University of Medical Sciences in Poznan, Poland. After his residency at St. Mary and Elizabeth Medical Center in Chicago, he continued his dedication to Family Medicine by becoming the Assistant Director and establishing a community-focused private practice serving the Northwest suburbs and surrounding areas. Dr. Mejer is board certified in both Family Medicine and Obesity Medicine.

Ryma Aesthetics was founded by Rachel Colletti, a nationally certified family nurse practitioner with a rich background in the medical field. Rachel holds a Bachelor’s degree in Nursing from Loyola University and furthered her education with a Master of Science in Advanced Practice Nursing from Lewis University. Bringing nearly a decade of experience, Rachel’s journey in healthcare started in a heart unit at Lutheran General Hospital, covering roles as both a registered nurse and a nurse practitioner. In 2021, she achieved a significant milestone by attaining her full practice authority license, empowering her to practice independently.
Originating from Illinois, Rachel now lives in Arlington Heights with her two children, Ryan and Emma, whose names inspired the creation of Ryma. Rachel’s life outside work is filled with the joy of parenting, cherished moments with friends and family, boating during the summers, and exploring new places.
Rachel’s passion for aesthetics stems from her deep appreciation for beauty and the importance of self-care. She aims to connect personally with her clients, striving to surpass their expectations by delivering beautiful, natural outcomes. Committed to excellence, Rachel continually enhances her expertise through private training and conferences. She also shares her knowledge by training the next generation of aesthetic injectors at the National Laser Institute.
