They would just say something generic and basically say “try harder”. NP Alexis from the jump was an advocate for my concerns and overall health. She talked kike a real person and created a easy to talk environment. There is never any judgement and everyone is very polite. The facility is always clean and looks nice. The receptionist is always bubbly and polite.
