I went to Sono Bello Jacksonville for my liposuction pre-op and had a really good experience overall. The place is super clean, nice, and welcoming, and everyone on the staff was friendly and professional. The only downside was the wait, but the nurse Nae was so kind and explained that the doctors are juggling surgeries and pre-op patients, so the timing can be unpredictable. She made up for it by taking her time to explain everything I needed to know before and after surgery, which I really appreciated. Even with the wait, I left feeling comfortable, informed, and ready for my procedure.
Everyone in the Jax office, from the front desk, nurses and my surgeon, Dr. Hardy, is awesome! From my initial consultation, surgery and now 2 months post op everything has been wonderful. Every interaction I’ve had has been extremely positive. Everyone is so helpful, informative and caring. They really do go the extra mile to make sure their patients are well informed, comfortable and confident with their procedures. They truly care about their patients. I’m beyond thrilled with my result!
My advisor, Elizabeth is outstanding: extremely professional, kind and knowledgeable. She explains each detail with accuracy and in an easy way for the customer to understand. The rest of the staff is absolutely wonderful, as well.
