My surgeon Dr. G did an amazing job! For me being a plus size patient I couldn’t have asked for more from her. You can tell she takes great pride in her work. And my nurse Julia is just awesome. I went in for my one week follow up, feeling scared like everything was going wrong and really second-guessing my decision to do this. By the time I left my appointment with her, I was feeling calm and confident on how my healing was progressing. She listened to all of my questions and concerns with patience and care And really made me feel at ease about the whole thing. The staff here is always great on customer service as well and super nice.
Started off a little bumpy when there was no power on the property the day of my procedure and I blame that on the property manager. That turned out to be a blessing due to the fact I was not told to take one of my prescriptions the night before and morning of my procedure. No harm no foul. The staff was very apologetic about it. Short of the long when I got home me and my husband were elated at my results…and thats with the swelling and bruising! My 1 week check up was eye opening. Julia was very gentle and patient while removing the surgical tape and answered me and my husband’s questions. Dr. G did an amazing job…the pooch below my navel is GONE!!!! and I have a waistline again!
I just left my 1st post op appointment. I met with RN Julia and she was very kind and answered all my questions and made me feel comfortable and heard. I recommend coming to Sono Bello if you want anything done. They are very welcoming and patient and do everything on a timely manner.
