I’ve been going to NuMale for several years for Testosterone replacement therapy. The entire staff has always been professional, helpful and knowledgeable. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience.
Was initially skeptical of this type of service. Happily surprised by the level of interest, concern and professionalism. I left very well informed. Comfortable with the entire process and anticipated outcome. To date everything (I don’t often use that word) has been going very well. Results better than expected, great attention to detail, my concerns and feelings. Outstanding follow-up on a regular basis. Easy to reach if I have any questions. Likely you would go here to discuss “sensative” subjects. You’ll feel at ease and be well cared for. Take the above from a guy who works in the medical profession and is super critical and analytical.
Went in for consult. Same as other offices. But then started dealing with Tod. WOW! Great patient intake review. Very thorough with review. Talked about everything and processes. Took the time to explain everything even answered a question I was thinking. Not sure about the other low star reviews but my experience was excellent.
