Dr. Balov is amazing!! Excellent bedside and person to person manners. Able to discuss any concerns with her and her feedback was authentic and not rushed. This office and their staff should be the standard that every medical office should be following. Best of the best…by far!!!
I give 5 Stars strictly due to my provider, Lyndsey Molenkamp. She’s thorough, bright, knowledgeable & has exceptional patient relationship skills. And she has a great personality to boot! The clinic recently changed ownership & it shows!! They switched from in office calls to an overseas call center: BAD move!! I’ll leave it at that. If Ms. Molenkamp ever moves on to another practice, so will I.
The whole office staff is great! Clara and her back office team were wonderful and made me feel really well taken care of and that my time was valuable. Clara was so kind and professional and answered all my questions directly while offering pros and cons as well as solutions. Grateful to have found her!!
