I am going to be completely honest with you. I was skeptical about have any procedures because me and needles DO NOT like each other; however, with that being said, Chin Up! employees always make sure that they give the numbing cream plenty of time take effect. They give me a ball to hold to help me keep my mind off the needle. I couldn’t believe it! It actually worked. I hardly felt anything. They were so patient with me communicating with me the whole time to make sure that I was okay. I will definitely be going back and I would highly recommend Chin Up! for their great service and helping me with my fear of needles.
I absolutley love everything about Chin Up! The customer service is AMAZING! They literally treat me like I am a Queen every time I am there. They also follow up with me to make sure that I am not having any problems with the procedure(s) that I had done. LOVE, LOVE, LOVE THEM!!!!!!!!!
